In Vietnamese cuisine, Bánh mì or banh mi is a short baguette with thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture. It is filled with savoury ingredients like a submarine sandwich.
M3. STEAMED FINE VERMICELLI (Bánh hỏi)
Bánh hỏi is rice vermicelli woven into intricate bundles and topped with chopped scallions or garlic chives sauteed in oil. The dish is served cold with grilled meat, herbs and fish sauce.

Spicy vermicelli noodles stir fried with lemongrass.
